Food Truck Around is a business education and automation services company serving food truck operators. Our products and services include digital courses, downloadable templates, done-for-you GoHighLevel automation installs, and related business tools. We operate as a sole proprietorship under the brand name Food Truck Around.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Food Truck Around. By using our site or purchasing our products, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Services

Digital Courses: Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course content hosted on our platform. Access is granted to one individual (the purchaser). You may not share, sell, or distribute course content.

Downloadable Templates and Calculators: All digital downloads are for your personal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any templates or files purchased from Food Truck Around.

Done-For-You Services (Booking Automation Lite Install, Full Setup, and Custom Services): These are scoped service engagements performed personally by Food Truck Around. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are as described on the relevant product page. You agree to provide accurate business information via our intake form within the specified timeframe. We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete intake form submissions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price you pay at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe or GoHighLevel's payment system. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Refund Policy

Food Truck Booking Starter Kit (Digital Course): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you've accessed less than 20% of the course content and feel it was not what you expected, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or once the majority of content has been accessed.

Templates Pack and Digital Downloads: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital files, all template and digital download purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Done-For-You Services (Lite Install $497, Full Setup $997, and Custom Services): These services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you request a refund before work has started (within 48 hours of purchase), we will issue a full refund. After work begins, no refunds are issued regardless of the completion stage.

Custom Work (ZIP Tagging and Other Quoted Services): Custom-scoped projects are invoiced after scope agreement and are non-refundable once work has begun. A deposit may be required on larger projects. Specific refund terms for custom work will be stated in the project scope agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on foodtruckaround.com — including course materials, templates, graphics, copy, PDFs, HTML files, and branding — is the intellectual property of Food Truck Around and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell our content without written permission.
• Course materials are licensed to you for personal business use only.
• The "Food Truck Around" name, logo, and "FAFO" brand are proprietary to our business.
• Testimonials and student results referenced on our site are used with permission.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Food Truck Around participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links on our website — including our GoHighLevel affiliate link — may earn us a commission if you make a purchase through them. This comes at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools and services we actively use in our own business.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products, courses, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee specific results from using our courses, templates, or services. Business results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Our services and courses reference or require third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google, and others. We are not affiliated with or responsible for these platforms beyond our affiliate relationship with GoHighLevel. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and conditions.

12. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your course access. You may not share access with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our products and services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business, other customers, or third parties.
